As a Senior Associate, you will play a leading role in managing complex legal cases, mentoring junior associates, and providing strategic advice to our clients. This position is ideal for experienced legal professionals who are passionate about litigation, corporate law, or commercial disputes.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be Indonesian citizens.
- Min. 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a leading university in Indonesia; international graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in Indonesia (practical experience in Immigration, General Corporate Law, Labour and Employment, M&A, Project Financing, Capital Markets, Business Licensing, and Foreign Investment is required; this position focuses solely on corporate).
- Proficiency in reviewing and drafting agreements, preparing legal opinions, conducting legal due diligence (LDD), drafting legal memorandums, performing legal reviews, and a solid understanding of OSS (Online Single Submission).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong team player with leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
- A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (highly preferred).
- Candidates who meet the qualifications will be invited to participate in a written test.
