Mahinda Arkyasa is a Junior Associate at Murzal & Partners Law Firm. He is a qualified Indonesian solicitor and litigator, and is a registered member of Dewan Pengacara Nasional Indonesian Bar Association (DPN Indonesia).

Mahinda earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2010. He began his professional journey in legal business development, working as a Business Development Officer at Budidjaja International Lawyers from 2017 to 2019. His role provided him with a solid foundation in client relations, legal marketing, and strategic positioning within the legal industry.

In 2019, Mahinda transitioned into legal practice as an Associate at Satrio Law Firm, where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters until 2022. He later rejoined the business development side of the legal profession as a Business Development & Marketing Executive at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (HHP) Law Firm, further refining his skills in client engagement and legal communications.

His unique combination of experience in business development and legal practice allows Mahinda to offer a comprehensive approach to client service—blending legal acumen with strategic relationship management to effectively cater to clients’ interests.

Mahinda focuses his practice primarily on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and is fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, operating with ease in bilingual and international environments.
