The Role:
The candidate provides expert legal counsel to clients across a wide range of sectors.
Requirements:
Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable Indonesian university. Overseas graduates are welcome.
- More than 5 years of experience at a law firm in Indonesia (experience in a top-tier law firm is an advantage).
- Having expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Investment, General Corporate and Corporate Commercial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both verbal and written) required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Holding an advocate license is a plus.
- Attention to detail, particularly in quality control and the accuracy of transaction documents.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
