Michelle Catherine Bujung, S.H. is an Associate at Murzal & Partners with experience spanning corporate law, compliance, dispute resolution, and transactional matters. 

Her work includes legal due diligence for investment and share transfer transactions, as well as regulatory compliance advisory for multinational companies. 

She has also advised on infrastructure financing matters, with a particular interest in lenders’ rights and PPP frameworks. Her experience also includes advising the Indonesian branch of a foreign bank on matters relating to bank guarantees. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Pancasila and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Business Law at Universitas Indonesia.
