Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Associate at Murzal and Partners, you will:
- Advise clients on a multitude of legal transaction and corporate litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Lead team members on complex legal matters and provide practical, insightful solutions.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives.
Key Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of five years of experience handling corporate and litigation matters.
- A Bachelor of Laws degree (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable Indonesian university.
- A valid PERADI advocate licence, which is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
- A strong academic background with well-developed legal and analytical skills.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to apply legal knowledge in a business context.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
