We welcome licensed advocates with at least five years of legal experience at a law firm, as in-house counsel, or a combination of both. Candidates should have substantial experience in corporate matters and commercial litigation, strong legal drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and supervise junior lawyers.
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
The role includes handling corporate transactions, legal due diligence, business licensing, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, including representation in court.
