Before joining Murzal & Partners, he honed his expertise in both boutique and top-tier law firms, immersing himself in diverse areas of law, including general corporate matters, capital markets, finance, foreign investment, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His forward-thinking mindset and keen interest in the tech industry have driven his active involvement in Indonesia’s evolving data protection landscape, where he is a member of the Indonesian Data Protection Practitioners Association (APPDI).

A recognized authority in his field, Aji holds multiple certifications, including:

• Capital Market Legal Consultant (Level I & II) from the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM), and is preparing to secure his license from the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK).
