Yuwono Andreas Victor Christian (Victor) is an Indonesian certified lawyer and currently serves as Senior Associate at Murzal & Partners, bringing over 8 years of combined experience in civil, employment, administrative, and commercial litigation. Victor is highly regarded for his sharp legal reasoning, courtroom presence, and ability to devise litigation strategies that align with the client’s broader business goals.

At MNP, Victor leads key mandates in employment and industrial relations disputes, state administrative litigation, and enforcement of commercial judgments, including execution of final and binding decisions, international arbitration awards, and security interests. He is also entrusted with complex regulatory litigation, particularly involving mining permits, environmental licenses, and government decrees challenged at the Administrative Court and Supreme Court level.

Victor is actively involved in:

• Representing clients before the Industrial Relations Court in termination disputes, bipartite settlements, and mediation with the Ministry of Manpower;
• Preparing comprehensive litigation documentation, including statements of claim, defense, replies, rejoinders, and cassation memoranda;
• Leading strategy and execution in contentious matters involving regulatory revocations (e.g., IPPKH, SKKLH, SHM);
• Advising on the execution of commercial decisions, including blocking/seizure orders, account disbursements, and auction enforcement;
• Supporting judicial review proceedings before the Constitutional Court

Prior to joining MNP, Victor served as a senior associate at RSA Advocates and has worked with multiple litigation-focused law firms. His deep grounding in litigation, paired with his team leadership and client-first approach, makes him an invaluable asset in high-stakes dispute resolution. Victor graduated top of his class from Mulawarman University (Faculty of Law) with a major in Agrarian Law.
